Snagging, snagging, snagging!!! Go with a reputable new build developer!! Honestly I would wait until the house is a few years older and it has had time to settle and the builder have fixed all their issues. Several of my close friends have bought new builds in the past few years and some have had an absolute nightmare with the builders. That’s the only advise I have about new builds!
