I'd consider it only if you've got the flat empty and are doing major work anyway, and a substantial budget. Rip up existing floors, remove existing radiators, solenoid block installed at boiler if you want zones, otherwise the whole flat will be on/off. Secure existing floorboards, probably some sort of membrane, insulated board down, pipes laid, screed, then new flooring. All doors removed and planed, few days to slowly heat system up according to instructions. Be surprised if you were less than five grand.

I was considering it but I'm already living here so fuck that. Electric in the bathroom and gonna get the radiators moved to be in the arc of the doors so they're not taking up usable space and are near a heat loss point.
