Got my jag on Wednesday night, I dont usually react to stuff like that so assumed I was going to be fine, woke up yesterday morning not feeling particularly different so went for a run and that was a mistake.
Absolutely wiped out, aches and a headache for the rest of the day yesterday, completely back to normal today.
