So for most of the 2010s people internalised the kitchen of tenement flats to make an additional bedroom

For most of the 2020s people are knocking through the tiny kitchen that results to make an open-plan living room, but ending up with no storage

My prediction for the 2030s is people converting the box room into a decent kitchen, re-erecting an internal wall to put cupboards in for storage, and realising that the people who designed the tenements a century ago knew what they were doing
