| Comment | If you’re ground floor, it might be more difficult. My neighbour did it and they had to dig a lot of crap out from underneath the floorboards to allow the right angle for the waste pipes. Changing rooms around in tenements is expensive and you need to make sure the contractor doing it knows what they are doing.
