Unfortunately the current situation isn’t limited to only the Southsise and the West End. I’m in South Lanarkshire and houses in Hamilton and EK are all going to closing dates and getting at least £15k over home report. My friends have been getting outbid on houses in both areas for two months straight - the latest one being £30k over a house with a HR of £295k!
