But I do think the bins are emptied less often. I could be wrong but bins are overflowing all over the city. I also noticed a lot of street bins have vanished outside smaller train stations. Do you think the council have reduced the service to street bins and that's addi g to the overflowing bins? Or does this happen as more people are outside because of covid?
