| Comment | Maybe I’ll be downvoted for this, but at least they tried to bin it and didn’t just dump it elsewhere. People are always quick to blame people doing the littering but I genuinely think the blame lies fully with the council, who refuse to install more bins or empty existing bins regularly. That’s the only way to solve the issue long term. People are walking outside more because it’s the only way they can socialise under covid restrictions and having a take out coffee with a pal is one of the few “fun” things left for people to do. No wonder the bins are full. |
