Comment	Currently with Slater Hogg & Howison. I'm a EU student (Scottish partner, if that matters). It's a pain in the ass to find a place as an international as you most likely need a UK guarantor - which I didn't have. After about 4 months of hopelessly looking for flats, finally had the courage to ask my dad if he could pay 6 months rent up front. If you're able to pay the 6 months up front it gets A LOT easier. I know it's not possible for everyone and I was really lucky, but that's my best advice.
