| Comment | Based on personal experience, GCC seems very reactive. I've reported on the app about a couple of full bins needing emptied and the next day or so, turn up to find out that it's been done. If I hadn't done so, Im sure the rubbish would just pile up.
Maybe they're waiting to collect data to pinpoint where to target frequent bin emptying but I highly doubt it.
I also passed a GCC litter picker yesterday, who took a look at the glass bottles and cans that had collected on the grassy verge down near North Street, and then decided to move on without picking them up. 🤷♂️ |
