The council need to address this. The city is a complete and utter shitehole. There's litter everywhere and whilst it is a cultural problem that needs addressed, we also need to actually do something about it whilst it is a problem.
The council's cleansing solutions are lacking, have been lacking for about 10 years now and will continue to be shite, despite all of us paying vastly more council tax than we were 10 years ago. |
