| Comment | The council really doe5snt seem to want to do anything about rubbish. Overflowing public bins, missed domestic collections, new schedules with less pick ups. There is so much rubbish in the streets these days. People aren't littering more, possibly less with no late night drinking or need for a quick meal deal in the park whilst at work. The council has just heavily scaled back collecting rubbish. They really need to do something about it. We aren't allowed out the city, the least they can do is make it a clean place to be. |
