| Comment | I keep seeing this as a reply. The council won't magically appear as soon as the bins are full, therefore we, as citizens, should make the right call and either a) walk for a few more minutes with our litter to the next available bin or b) keep it in our pockets or bags until we get home. I don't think the fault is council vs people, but mostly, being a decent human being and care for the city we all live in.
