Income tax in Scotland is controlled by a thing called the Scottish Government. And even if it wasn't, Boris Johnson is what we call the 'Prime Minister', and there's another man, called Rishi Sunak, who is what we call the 'Chancellor of the Exchequer', who would decide how much it was taxed. But Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak both live in England so that doesn't have anything to do with the Scottish Government's taxation.
