Agreed. I have been considering getting a second cat all adoption centers say that all cats would prefer outside access and can't live with other cats. Outside access is just not viable in cities like Glasgow or London. Mine has been inside her whole life. She has enough space and is very happy. I believe that she would also be fine with a new cat and would easily bond with them but the rules are so strict. I know it's with the best intention but this pushes people into the arms of puppy farmers. |
