I live near the Huggie and the amount of cars that get abandoned at the side of the main road/bike lanes is pretty bad. If folk are doing that and causing obstructions in a residential area it would get very annoying, very quickly.
I’ve never seen/heard any confrontation any time I’ve walked past.
