I actually have one in my flat, probably the same block by the sounds of it. It's alright man, rent is cheap, leccy is a little steeper but the cheap rent offsets by a mile. Just go post office start of the month get 40 quid of coins. Message me directly and if its same block I'll do a bigger review.
