If his own home then Its a no, if its not and he doesn't have permission, its a different case all together. He has also filmed people inside venues and on private property other than what appears to be inside homes (although I am unsure on the legality of this - may be down to the owner).
Continually harassing someone (see look I used the literal word to explain how it fits in for you) for their number, or being described as being pressured into it, could be considered harassment. Especially when reports admittedly on social media state continually pushing despite attempts at declining.
The fact multiple women on social media have came forward, in tandem with his youtube video evidence, and derogatory comments toward women on facebook would indicate its not a once off for him.
