I am not claiming everyday actions are crimes. Nor am I claiming filming in a public place is a crime, I have already answered you on that. You have made a strawman argument to defeat.

I was fairly sure filming in private property such as a private dwelling required permission. This is why you can't aim security camera in positions they can view private property.

Repetitively pressuring someone to release personal information is not every day behaviour.
