Just had another idea - my neighbours and I brainstormed lots of ideas when we were having trouble and something that came up is a machine that makes a noise that only teenagers can hear. Sounds bonkers but there is a credible proven science behind it. It apparently drives them crazy so prevents them from loitering in the area the machine is. Some of my neighbours and I had dogs so we ruled it out as we thought it might upset them. Maybe something to think about if you get desperate???
