| Comment | Doesn't have to be the same size as a car registration plate, heck doesn't even have to be a registration plate per se, just some way of identifying the increasing numbers of cyclists going two abreast down the road and treating red lights as optional.
Would also help with the bike thefts we've been seeing if every bike was instantly identifiable, I know some have serial numbers right now but bit harder to make that out on gumtree or wherever they're being fenced. |
