| Comment | From a purely legal standpoint, there has not yet been a successful prosecution of rape for this in any UK jurisdiction. Sweden and Switzerland have set international precedents for classifying it as such, but until there is a more formal ruling on this issue by the Scottish Govt it is not legally rape.
