| Comment | I think there's a fine line between the two. Both are gifts intended to strengthen social bonds. I've heard numerous times people saying they're going to spit in food if they don't get tipped or something similar, therefore forcing the consumer to tip as in fear of having their food tampered with in the future. Nevertheless, I think the burden of a decent wage should be down to the employer and not the consumer. |
