We did say to her at the time if she wanted to do anything about it(police etc) we'd happily help her but i think after she went mental at them both she just wanted to get on with her day. I am debating dropping into a police station before work and leaving my info incase she ever does file a report.
The problem is(like others have mentioned) theres a problem as to what he can actually be charged with. Hes a creep but technically hes not broken any laws. The only thing i can think they might have a shot at(and its a small shot) is some sort of privacy laws with the filming without peoples knowledge but im not even positive about that.
The issue is cases like this get judged by the moral police(as they should) but theres very little the actual courts can do about him(failings in our legal system)
