| Comment | Called the agency. They said that before offers they won't be able to provide any more info than what's on the home report because the imminent closing date and loads of offers they've received.
It feels like in this market it really is impossible to make an *informed* decision. If there's only a 1-2 weeks between the flats appearing and going to closing date, and each flats having multiple offer being submitted there is literally neither any time for me to have the survey done nor any incentive for the seller to allow it. |
