| Comment | We have done so, so far the max I can borrow is about 40k, the first home fund helps top that up to get us a place around 60k, issue comes when the house isn't valued that high and we need to front the cash ourselves.

It's a continuous loop. I wouldn't be using the first home fund if I had the money to buy a property at above market value :)) |
