| Comment | Here are some things I’d like GCC to address: Large crowds gathering in areas like Kelvingrove Park, drinking (some underage), anti-social behaviour and against pandemic regs, littering, inadequate bin collections esp at tenements, pavement clutter (Edn has a campaign - https://www.livingstreets.org.uk/cuttheclutter), potholes, poor street lighting in some areas eg Park Rd G4, seagulls nesting on tenement rooftops.
