Cleanliness is the main problem of the city right now, there needs to be a three pronged approach to that with the collaboration of the Scottish government for education and law enforcement to issue fines. Obviously at this point the littering problem won’t be solved by the council alone. Ask them if there are any plans to involve these other entities.
