- when the house bins don’t get emptied, people use the neighbourhood ones which in turn overflow and the trash goes to the street. A better contingency plan is needed.
- online requests for brown bin and glass bin to be emptied rather than scheduled. Not used by enough folk to require a route IMO.
- having educational signage at every entrance: pick it up f* wit.
- commercial bags just get destroyed by the seagulls. End of story. Better solution needed.
- better tracking of cases. Cases are closed when they aren’t actioned. Feels like a black hole.
- overnight emptying of bins etc in main parks. |
