It's now pointless. They're overwhelmed. There are people reporting litter, fly tipping and graffiti all day long. They just say "So sorry, thank you for bringing that to our attention. We'll pass that on to the relevant team". Then weeks later nothing has been done. They're even marking jobs completed when they aren't at all.
