I had a job trucking to Highlands during the hardest lockdown last spring. I saw police stopping people few times or chasing roadside campers from loch Lomond. I also saw it turning away all campervans and cars with bikes on the roof etc. at balloch roundabout.
But there is no way they would be able to controll all vehicles.
