Sorry to hear that.

Without know *why* you were rejected or for what subject, there's a few things you could do:

1. Take a year to try and get relevant experience (e.g volunteering or, in the before times, travel),
1. Take additional classes/exams to bump up your qualifications,
1. Try a different, but semi-related subject,
1. Clearing, or
1. Don't go to uni and take the more vocational path. You can always do OU or similar whilst working.

You also shouldn't feel pressured into going to uni unless it's what you *really* want. I think I went to uni too early and now work in a field totally unrelated to my degree. I probably would have benefited from a year out and some life experience. A bit late now!

If uni is your goal, don't give up. There is more than one way to skin that particular cat.
