Pretty much strictly limits where you can go & how long for because 9/10 public toilets are now shut.
With a car that's fine, can easily shift yourself to any out of town big supermarket, or even quickly home and back out again. On foot you're limited to half as far as you can go from the house because you'll need to make it back in time.
