Imart in partick (Crow Rd) has got the biggest I've seen including bigger places like Seewoo. They have a massive selection from Japan, China, Korea, Thailand and Taiwan. I'm trying to make my way through the selection I'm about half way through. So far my fav is the instant "pot noodle" one that's got blackbean sauce, I think it's Jjajang.
