| Comment | The council is underfunded, under staffed & to the peoples detriment it prioritises vanity projects in the city centre over providing a real, value for money service. GCC are a bit like the kid who tidies his room by shoving all the crap in the wardrobe so the floor looks tidy. There's some real deep rooted issues in Glasgow, such as the general mindset of it's people (lack of pride in where we live). More poverty than most cities. Easy to forget about that side of things if you never leave the west end. |
