| Comment | They're my factor and they seem pretty good - dealt with a roof leak pronto. For more minor stuff I've had to pester them a few times but stuff eventually happens, and the charges always seem to be very reasonable compared to what I hear private factors charging.
They've also been proactive on a few things, sorting out our back area and bins for example without it being asked for.
I mean, being a good factor is a pretty low bar to hit I think. I certainly wouldn't replace them (not that we can). |
