| Comment | I actually emailed my councillor about this. The logic is that so much waste in green bins could be recycled falls on it's face when we see how little plastic can actually be recycled here. Obviously they've just looked at the bin contents and thought "oh that's full of plastic" but fail to realise the sheer volume of packaging that is not recyclable in Glasgow.
Did get a reply that she would pick up with the relevant teams, but being realistic I doubt my email will actually change recycling infrastructure in the city. |
