| Comment | Totally agree about working for free or 'experience' but there are other groups of people with different motivations. Lonely people just looking for an opportunity meet other folks, pensioners (like myself) looking for a reason to get out of the house and do something.
Lots of folk had a great time volunteering during the Commonwealth Games (although the weather definitely helped).
Can't imagine any MSPs would actually take a stance over 'free labour' but you never know. |
