You would get by. Rents are much cheaper than Dublin. Plenty of flat shares if that us what you want. One bedroom flats tend to be cheaper in the East End. More expensive in the South side and even more in the West End, but still way cheaper than Dublin.
You are fine as Irish here. No problem.
