There are pros and cons for everything but speaking as someone who had to move out of their terraced home of 13 years because the house next door had been rented out to students (parties until 4 AM, balls bouncing against the wall, etc) - I think purpose built student accommodation is a good thing, which doesn’t remove regular homes from the market. |
