They're popping up now, green leaves but no smell yet so does that mean its a bit early? I'm not sure when but I'd guess when it smells ~~good~~ strong!
I seem to remember last year it was just leaves then one day it smelt really strong. A couple of days later and the smell was away. So maybe there's a short window? Sorry, I'm not a garlic expert!
