She also has never been left alone and has the worst case of separation anxiety you have ever seen. Apart from that she is well adjusted. We followed the "Bite Inhibition" training on the Sympawtico YouTube channel and it really worked. There is some great content for free on there. Even the basics of "How do I punish my dog for bad behaviour"? The basic rule being don't do anything to a dog you would not do to a baby. e.g No rolled up newspaper, no shouting, no water pistol. It just escalates the stress level which is the basic cause of any bad behaviour. |
