If they come out and the keys they have are fine then that means your keys are faulty and they need to get you a new set cut.
Stand outside the door that isn't working and call the letting agents and ask for either a set of new keys or a locksmith to attend as you're locked out your property. If they are awkward about it remind them that if you get locked out after the office is shut then you would need to call the emergency number and they'll need to get a locksmith which is pretty expensive out of hours. |
