It is also possible, though disputed, that soya can interfere with testosterone levels, as it contains something that mimics estrogen. I do eat soya (tempeh) but only occasionally, for this reason.
Mike Tyson has claimed he didn't engage in sexual activity for 5 years, and some people (no fappers) claim this can help raise testosterone, too.
Apparently plastic can have an effect, too - I was told that heating food in plastic containers is not a good idea.
