The one I mentioned had 18 people put offers in for it. My friend had the 2nd highest offer and the highest was only just over what she offered. I’ve no reason to lie lolol My example was £130k but sold for £180k so around 40%. I think it doesn’t help the fact there are so few properties in this price range for sale in this area currently.
