| Comment | Again, my friend has no reason to lie either. The sale price will be public soon enough so it will be easy to check. My ex’s home was valued at £150k not that long ago, and his neighbour’s house on the same street sold for £190k last month - exactly same house, same number of bedrooms, same layout etc. These are ex council 2 bed semis. It’s crazy, but it IS happening. |
