| Comment | I’m also in the same situation of looking to buy my first flat. It may be a stupid question, but if you could afford to pay a deposit (say 10%) on a flat without using the first home fund, but living not as comfortably afterwards, would you? or would you use the first home fund and have some base money set aside straight away for furniture/repairs/upgrades etc and live a bit more comfortable? I’m debating this right now with myself |
