| Comment | It's definitely crossed my mind, like everything down by the expressway I'm flat out avoiding until I hear that the costs of the repairs are fixed or at least agreed with a high degree of certainty. Another issue I've seen with some flats by the clyde are embankment repairs being the responsibility of the landowner so the cost gets passed on to the flat owners, that's put me off a couple of properties already. |
