Comment | True, it is their fault ultimately. But also, I was talking to our neighbour the other day about it and what we can do and he's pissed off as well. I'm relatively new to the area (moved up from London at the end of last year, so not entirely sure still how it works up here), but he was telling me the council used to pick this stuff up all the time and they just stopped doing it a while back? Is that correct? If you have any suggestions for private companies that would be wildly appreciated. |
