I think thats half the problem. People just dump their stuff out there thinking the council is gonna come and get it, when they're not! Seems to be a lot of confusion. Also, I don't know if this process varies from area to area in Glasgow, but it seems for Dennistoun anyway they definitely don't do the weekly collection anymore, hence why it's probably piling up in everyones courtyards. |
